How long will it take to process my order?
All orders are packed and shipped 1-2 business days after payment is fulfilled.
If you have chosen to proceed with your order via bank deposit/wire transfer, please email email@example.com your proof of payment.
Unpaid orders after 2 business days will be automatically canceled.
What are your methods of payment?
We accept the following payments:
Credit Card/Debit Card via PayPal or Xendit
Bank Deposit/Wire Transfer via BPI or BDO
GCash, GrabPay & PayMaya via Xendit
What currency do you charge in?
All payments issued in the Philippines will be processed in Philippine Peso.
International orders are automatically charged in US Dollar.
How often do you restock?
All styles are consciously released in limited quantities to avoid overproducing. Some may only ever be released once, while others may come back depending on popularity.
However, we are committed to producing these restocks in small batches to ensure that we limit our waste.
Pre-orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to be fulfilled.
No returns, exchanges or refunds can be made for pre-orders.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes! We do. All items are allowed to be exchanged within 7 days upon receipt. Please note that the item/s must be undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging when returned.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the shipping costs to return the items back to us. Returned items shall be evaluated prior to the processing of refunds, and damaged pieces will be returned to the buyer.
